Meet the CEO is a unique online learning program for 12 to 17-year-olds where they get the opportunity to meet visionary CEOs, work on real-life business challenges in teams, and develop critical future-ready skills such as problem-solving, leadership, creativity, and communication.

Meet the CEO equips your child with real-world experience and practical skills that are increasingly in demand, especially in a world that is rapidly changing. Going beyond academic learning, your child will gain exposure to real business scenarios, work on creative problem-solving, and enhance skills like leadership, communication, and critical thinking, which are vital for future success. 

The program is conducted entirely online and facilitated by a certified coach at all times. 

For each industry: 

1. After thorough preparation with a mentor/coach, students interview an industry CEO to learn about the business and get a real-life challenge.

2. Students then work in teams to research & solve the CEO's challenge, while the mentor/coach guides them throughout their journey.

3. After a mock pitch session, the student teams present their solution to the CEO in a finale with live questioning and feedback.

The program is designed to be highly interactive, engaging, and educational.

Your child will need a reliable internet connection and a laptop or tablet with a camera and microphone. They will also need access to ZOOM and a GMAIL email ID. It would also be great if they know how to use platforms such as Word and PowerPoint. We’ll provide any additional materials needed for the program.

For each covered industry, the program runs for 4 weeks (or 1 month). Participation involves 2-hour online sessions on Saturdays and Sundays plus some time outside of these online sessions for team collaboration and project work (around 2 hours a week). The total time commitment over the program duration is manageable and flexible around schoolwork.

For every industry, we collaborate with CEOs who are leaders in their fields and are passionate about nurturing young talent and future leaders. Both these criteria are important for your child to learn and have fun. 

Yes, your child will get a certificate for the industry they enrolled in after the successful completion of the program. This certificate recognizes the skills they have developed and the experience gained through working with CEOs and solving real-life business problems.

Absolutely! Each team will have access to a mentor/coach who will guide them through the challenge, help them refine their ideas, and prepare for the final presentation. The CEOs also provide valuable feedback during the grand finale session.  

The program is designed to cater to all 12 to 17-year-olds, not just those with an interest in business. The skills learned, such as teamwork, creativity, problem-solving, and communication, are valuable across all fields and can help students develop in any future career path. No prior business knowledge or experience is required—students of all backgrounds and interests are welcome, as the program is designed to be accessible and engaging for everyone.

We form teams based on a mix of skills, interests, and backgrounds to encourage diversity in thought and creativity. Your child will get the chance to collaborate with peers from different ages, perspectives, and maybe even regions. 

We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise, and a child may have to miss a session. If required, we can share a recording link of the class with you for your child to catch up. However, live participation is highly encouraged for the best experience and nothing can replace that.

The program encourages participation at each child’s comfort level and helps build confidence gradually through collaborative and supportive teamwork and an experiential learning format. 

We ensure we have secure platforms for all sessions and we ensure close monitoring by trained mentors/coaches during all activities in every session. This ensures your children are safe at all times and stay focused on the program. 

Both the CEO and mentors/coaches will provide constructive feedback during the program to help students improve and grow.

Each student receives a certificate and they can stay in touch with their team and batch mates for future learning. They can also reach out to us in case they need any support and we will do the best possible.

The program incorporates a variety of teaching methods—such as visual presentations, hands-on problem-solving, team discussions, and creative brainstorming sessions—to cater to different learning styles.

Exposure to CEOs and different industries helps broaden your child’s understanding of career possibilities, while the practical experience gained will enhance their decision-making around future academic and career paths. if your child needs any further help, you can speak with our mentor/coach after the program. 

Mentors/Coaches actively monitor and guide group interactions to ensure fair participation, encouraging every student to contribute and learn.

While the program is student-centered, parents will be kept informed of their child’s progress through updates. Parents can also have discussions with their children offline during the week to check on their progress and learning.
